When creating a project, one must create a custom path for the project
Must ask an Officer or Moderator before downloading any software.
Use headphones when working on a project

Please speak to an officer or moderator before deleting projects
Equipment Usage
Be conscious of the equipment around you
Respect the equipment you use
All equipment is put back where you found it once youβre finished using it
Put cables back where you found them
Tripod plates are taken off the camera and put back on the tripod
Batteries are put to charge after being used to film
Do not touch the screens of the computer with your fingers
All SD Cards must return to the device once youβre done logging footage
Do not format SD cards without double-checking that all footage has been taken off the card and successfully loaded onto the NAS.
When returning from a shoot, make sure to log all footage and put it on the NAS in an established project folder
Format the SD Card on the device, not on the computer. Example, the SD Card from the GH5s needs to be formatted on the GH5s camera.
If you see something unusual, tell a moderator or officer
If you do not know how to, please ask how to properly coil an audio cable
If something is not working as intended. Take a step back and figure out why. For example, if a tripod is not adjusting, donβt just force things to move, thereβs a knob that adjusts the tension.
Check the app for available projects and for new announcements
If youβre the last person to leave the office, turn off all iMacs (Shut Down) and turn off the TV and LED light strips.
